$9,970 against $9,610 online. Offline is a flat $360 more on every tier. It is worth it only if your machines genuinely cannot reach the internet, on a secure or air-gapped network. It buys no extra capability.
This is also the only offline Flagship licence in the range. There is no annual offline Flagship option, so if you need both, this is the purchase.
