What thirty-two channels buys you over sixteen
Point density, and with it the detail that survives into the finished model. Against the 116S it is roughly $17,760 more. That is worth paying when the deliverable is a detailed as-built or a scan-to-BIM handover, and not worth paying when you are capturing volumes or a floor plan.
Standard against Basic
Identical instrument. The only difference is the LP360 Land licence tier in the box, and Standard is $3,500 more. If you already run LP360 Land Standard on another seat, buy the Basic and save the money.
