An add-on to FJD Trion Model that turns scanned point cloud data into 2D vector drawings, with point-cloud-slice and panoramic-image assisted tracing.

It converts scanned point cloud data into 2D vector drawings, using point cloud slices and panoramic images as a guide
Selecting a point cloud or vector file and activating the drawing feature opens FJD's 2D vector drawing mode. Vector drawing is assisted by point cloud slices and by panoramic images, in .mp4, .avi or .insv format. The point cloud can be rotated, panned and zoomed; clicking a start and end point creates a sliced plane, with adjustable position and thickness, to draw against. Contour lines extract directly from the point cloud as an alternative to manual tracing.

Drawing primitives, editing tools and measurement, the same category of tools found in general CAD software
Point, straight line, polyline, arc, rectangle, circle, ellipse and polygon primitives are available, alongside editing tools including extend, copy, trim, intersect, rotate, mirror and offset. Coordinates, length, angle and area measurement tools work inside the drawing workspace. Drawing settings cover reference points, dimension settings, polar tracking, object snap and orthographic drawing.

It is a paid add-on to the base Trion Model license, not a standalone program
This module requires a base Trion Model license and is not sold or usable on its own. FJD sells it as a 1-year or a permanent license, each at its own separate price, and the SKU is identical whether bought on its own product page or as a module on the base software listing. Activation happens through a code applied for at purchase and entered in the software. If a license expires, FJD's own instruction is to contact its technical support.
