Company History
Founded in 2023 by Joel Boddie, My Surveying Direct was built based on Joel's passion for the industry and interest in emerging technology.
Joel started his career in the construction sector in 2016 and pursued academic qualifications to enhance his knowledge. Joel attended Nottingham Trent University in the United Kingdom, earning a Bachelor's in Building Surveying from the School of Construction and the Built Environment. This degree is accredited by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.
