$9,610 permanent against $3,360 a year. A permanent licence pays for itself against the annual in just under three years, and the sum comes out the same on both tiers. If you expect to be running Terra in year four, buy permanent.
One thing worth knowing before you buy Standard instead: upgrading a Standard permanent licence to Flagship later costs $5,300, which on top of Standard's $4,800 comes to $10,100. That is $490 more than buying this outright today.
