Price Match Guarantee

We will match any authorized US dealer's advertised price on the same product, in the same configuration, in stock and ready to ship. You do not need to be the one who finds the lower price first, but you do need to tell us before you order.

How to use it

Send us the listing. Call +1 888 850 6533, Monday to Friday, 9 to 5 Mountain Time, or email support@mysurveyingdirect.com with a link to the page showing the price. We check it against the conditions below and confirm in writing. We reply by the next working day.

If you are buying on a purchase order, tell us at quote stage and the matched price goes on the quote, the W-9 and the vendor pack together.

What counts as an authorized dealer

A seller the manufacturer authorizes to sell that product in the United States. For DJI Enterprise and DJI Agriculture hardware that is a published list, and we check it rather than take a listing's word for it.

This matters more than it sounds. Units sold outside the authorized channel are commonly activated before resale, which starts the warranty clock before you own the aircraft, and they carry no manufacturer enterprise care in the United States. A lower number against a different warranty is not a lower price for the same thing.

What we cannot match

  • Sellers not authorized by the manufacturer to sell the product in the United States.
  • Marketplace and auction listings, including eBay, Amazon third-party sellers and equivalent.
  • Used, open-box, refurbished, demonstration, clearance and liquidation stock.
  • Prices below the manufacturer's minimum advertised price, where the manufacturer sets one.
  • Prices only reachable with a coupon code, inside a bundle, through a membership, or as a price shown after adding to cart.
  • Listings that are out of stock, back-ordered, pre-order, or that cannot be completed at the price shown.
  • Obvious pricing errors.
  • Shipping, taxes, duties, tariffs and finance charges, which are quoted separately.

Timing

Ask before you order. We match at quote or at the point of order, not retrospectively, and the competing price has to be live and in stock when we check it.

Scope

This guarantee currently covers the DJI hardware lines. Everything else we sell is quoted individually, and if you have found a better price on any of it, tell us anyway and we will look.
