01

It charges three TB100 flight packs and two WB37 controller batteries, one at a time

DJI names three batteries for this station: the TB100 Intelligent Flight Battery, the TB100C Tethered Battery, and the WB37. The WB37 powers the RC Plus 2 Enterprise Enhanced controller, not the aircraft. The station holds three TB100 packs and two WB37 packs at once, and charges them in sequence rather than together, highest charge first. DJI names this station as the charging route for the Matrice 400 platform.

02

45 minutes is the 220 V figure, and 110 V takes 70

A TB100 goes from 0 to 100 percent in 45 minutes at 220 V, and 70 minutes at 110 V, both measured at 25 °C. DJI's specification page calls the fast setting Fast Charging Mode, while DJI's own Product Information document for this station calls the identical setting Turbo Mode. Silent Mode takes 110 minutes at either voltage and runs as low as 36 dB. DJI measured that in a controlled environment and states results may vary. Ready-to-Fly Mode stops each pack at 90 percent, Standard Mode takes each to 100 percent.

03

DJI's own warnings are short, and it publishes nothing about shipping what this charges

Keep liquids out of it. Leave the cover open and ventilated while charging. Stand it on a flat, insulated surface, and charge nothing DJI has not named for it. It weighs 11.8 kg. On shipping and air travel, DJI publishes nothing: no airline, IATA, UN38.3 or dangerous goods classification appears for the station or for the batteries it charges. Ask your carrier, and call us before you book freight.

Specifications

What it charges
Supported battery types TB100 Intelligent Flight Battery, TB100C Tethered Battery, WB37 Intelligent Battery. DJI names no other battery model on this list
Capacity Holds up to 3 TB100 batteries and 2 WB37 batteries at once, charged one at a time in sequence, not simultaneously; DJI states the battery with the highest existing charge is charged first
Aircraft this powers DJI Matrice 400. The TB100 and TB100C are the flight and tethered batteries for this aircraft; the WB37 is the DJI RC Plus 2 Enterprise Enhanced remote controller's own battery, not the aircraft's
Charging performance
Charge-level modes Ready-to-Fly Mode charges each battery to 90% in sequence; Standard Mode charges each battery to 100% in sequence
Speed modes Fast Charging Mode and Silent Mode, per DJI's Matrice 400 specs page. DJI's own BS100 Product Information document names the same fast setting Turbo Mode instead
TB100/TB100C charging time, 0 to 100% 220 V: 45 minutes (Fast Charging Mode), 110 minutes (Silent Mode). 110 V: 70 minutes (Fast Charging Mode), 110 minutes (Silent Mode). DJI measures this in a test environment at 25° C (77° F)
Silent Mode noise As low as 36 dB, which DJI states is measured in a controlled environment; results may vary depending on the environment, actual use and firmware version
Self-heating If the TB100/TB100C is below 5° C, DJI states inserting it into the powered-on station begins automatic self-heating, which stops once the battery exceeds 20° C, and charging then starts
Output, TB100/TB100C port 100-110 V AC input: 54.6 V DC, 21.7 A max. 110-180 V AC input: 54.6 V DC, 27 A max. 180-240 V AC input: 54.6 V DC, 40 A max
Output, WB37 port 100-240 V AC, 50-60 Hz: 8.7 V DC, 6 A max
USB-C port 5.0 V 3.0 A, 9.0 V 3.0 A, 12.0 V 3.0 A, 15.0 V 3.0 A, 20.0 V 3.25 A. DJI states this port also recharges DJI RC Plus 2 controllers and supports data transfer
Physical and power
Dimensions 605 × 410 × 250 mm (L×W×H)
Net weight 11.8 kg
Input 100-240 V AC, 50-60 Hz, 10 A

Safety
DJI's own warnings Keep liquids away from inside the station. Do not close the cover while charging; keep it ventilated. Do not use batteries DJI does not recommend, or attempt to charge other battery models in it. Place the station on a flat, stable, insulated surface. Do not touch the metal port terminals; clean them with a dry cloth only when powered off. Take care not to injure your fingers opening or closing the station
Shipping classification DJI publishes no airline, IATA, UN38.3 or dangerous-goods classification for the BS100 or the batteries it charges anywhere in its product, specs, FAQ, support, safety guidelines, user manual or Product Information pages
