TrueView GO data processes in LP360 Land and nothing else, and the software tier is the only difference GeoCue names between the two configurations
GeoCue's own FAQ answer states that TrueView GO data can only be processed with LP360 Land, and not with LP360 Drone. So this is a scanner and a desktop workflow bought together. Which tier of that workflow you get is the only difference GeoCue names between the two configurations. Nothing on its product page, its handheld family page or its user manual states that the scanner hardware differs. GeoCue's product page calls this one a Traditional Basic Purchase, with perpetual licensing of LP360 Land Basic and no subscription required. The other listing is the Standard Purchase. GeoCue's FAQ answer puts Basic on basic processing and functionalities, and Standard on advanced features such as multi-collection processing and point cloud registration. Its user manual adds a worked example: multicycle processing can be launched if you use LP360 Land Standard, which is the other configuration. Beyond those, GeoCue publishes no feature-by-feature comparison of the tiers on the TrueView GO NEO product page or on its own LP360 Land page. So buy this configuration when your work is one collection at a time. When you can name the multi-collection or registration job you need, take the Standard listing instead.

GeoCue's page both requires the Standard tier for add-ons and lists three add-ons as included, and does not reconcile the two
GeoCue's TrueView GO NEO product page states that LP360 Land Standard is required to install LP360 software add-ons. This configuration ships LP360 Land Basic. The same page's included list then names three add-ons, SLAM, 3D Accuracy and Photo, under the LP360 Land software that ships with both configurations. It does not say which tier each of the three needs, so call us and we will confirm which add-ons this configuration can install. On upkeep, GeoCue states that software access is perpetual and that an annual maintenance fee begins in year two, covering software updates and support. You may keep using the system without renewing, but will then receive neither. One year of hardware and software support, and online training, are in GeoCue's included list.

GeoCue puts the NEO on indoor mapping and ranks it lowest of its three handhelds for target detail
GeoCue's handheld family page places the TrueView GO NEO on indoor mapping and portable reality capture. It puts the 116S and the 132S on outdoor and infrastructure mapping instead. On ground target comparisons, the same page says the NEO provides solid target visibility for indoor-style workflows and general documentation. It says the 116S delivers stronger clarity and definition, and the 132S the most refined target detail of the three. The work GeoCue names for the NEO is building documentation, facility mapping, construction interiors and digital twins. The TrueView GO app is the data acquisition software, and GeoCue states it is currently supported on Android systems only. GeoCue's manual also forbids using the scanner in rain, snow or fog, and forbids working in strong wind or dust. Where the deliverable turns on the finest detail GeoCue's own range can give, that ranking says this is not the instrument for it.

A 64-channel dome LiDAR reaching 40 m at 10 percent reflectivity, with no moving parts in the instrument
LiDAR, light detection and ranging, is the laser system that measures distance to build the point cloud. GeoCue's product page describes an advanced next-generation dome LiDAR with range optimized for indoor SLAM. SLAM is simultaneous localization and mapping, which tracks the scanner's own path while the map builds. GeoCue describes the instrument itself as compact, with no moving parts. The scanner runs 64 laser channels at 905 nm, two returns per pulse, across a 360 by 189 degree field of view, at 1,152,000 points per second. Range is 40 m at 10 percent target reflectivity, which is GeoCue's own condition for that figure, and the laser is Class 1. GeoCue publishes one hardware user manual and one parameter table for the TrueView GO NEO, with no configuration column in it.

GeoCue publishes three of its own camera figures for this scanner and reconciles none
GeoCue's product page describes two 12MP cameras for 360 degree spherical imaging, with an optional 48MP acquisition mode. Its user manual's parameter table gives camera quantity two and resolution 4800w. The same manual's introduction describes a 48MP high-definition camera. All three are GeoCue's own published figures and it reconciles none of them. So confirm the camera resolution with us before you order. What the imagery is for is not in doubt: GeoCue states the data can also generate textured mesh models and 3D Gaussian renders.

Absolute accuracy is under 3 cm RMS at GeoCue's own test site, and holding it depends on closing your loops
GeoCue publishes absolute accuracy of under 3 cm RMS, root mean square, horizontally and vertically. Its own footnote conditions both figures: measured at the GeoCue standard test site, with deviations possible in certain scenarios. Relative accuracy is under 1 cm and repetition accuracy under 2 cm, under that same condition. Read them as test-site figures, not as figures for your building. What holds accuracy together on site is procedure. GeoCue states that where GNSS signals are unavailable, loop closure is required to maintain positioning accuracy, with loop overlap above 10 percent. It requires at least four control points for a project to complete a coordinate conversion, and recommends spreading them evenly rather than in a straight line. It recommends walking at 3 to 5 km/h. A GeoCue support note of 12 August 2026 separately recommends keeping collection speed below 6 m/s. It says that above that speed SLAM may lose tracking and processing may fail.

GeoCue's TrueView GO NEO product page carries a Coming soon button on both configurations. Its Geo Week 2026 announcement states that purchasing availability details are to be announced. Two more things are worth settling first. GeoCue's product page and its user manual give different lists of what ships in the box. The manual prints its own caution to refer to the actual delivery list. GeoCue does not state a country of manufacture or a Trade Agreements Act status on its product page or its handheld family page.
