The first year of processing is included with the instrument, so the three year figure carries two renewals and the five year figure carries four. We list the TrueView 1 Lite twice. This listing is the payload. The other names an IF800 mount, for Inspired Flight's IF800 Tomcat aircraft. GeoCue publishes no combined part number, no separate contents list and no package definition for a TrueView 1 Lite supplied with IF800 mounting hardware. That holds on its product page, in its sensor selector entry, in its published FAQ and in its own IF800 mounting guide. So look at both listings before you order, and call +1 888 850 6533 first. The camera is fixed at purchase and GeoCue does not offer an upgrade to a TrueView 1
GeoCue's published FAQ states that the TrueView 1 Lite comes with a fixed camera specification. It directs anyone who needs 26MP, 45MP or 61MP imagery, or more than one camera, to the TrueView 1 or another TrueView payload. The same FAQ states that upgrades from a TrueView 1 Lite to a TrueView 1 are not available. It adds that what can be upgraded is the software, through LP360 Drone and software add-ons. So the imagery decision is made once, on the day you order. If you cannot yet say what the imagery has to resolve, settle that before you choose the sensor rather than after.

GeoCue publishes two different camera figures for this sensor and corrects neither
GeoCue's current product page and its sensor selector both give a 20MP global shutter camera with a 92 degree field of view. Global shutter means the whole frame is exposed at once. GeoCue's own announcement of this sensor at Geo Week 2025 instead states a FLIR 5MP global shutter camera with a 90 degree field of view. The two do not agree on resolution or on field of view. GeoCue publishes no correction on its product page, in its sensor selector, in its published FAQ or in the announcement itself. If the camera is the reason you are buying, call us and we will get the current specification from GeoCue in writing before you order.

A dual return Hesai XT-32 at 640,000 points per second, and no published accuracy, LiDAR range or scanner field of view
LiDAR, light detection and ranging, is the laser system that measures distance to build the point cloud. GeoCue calls this one a proven Hesai 32 channel laser scanner and labels it a dual return scanner, meaning two returns per laser pulse. Its published point rate is 640,000 points per second, stated for a single return. It publishes 1.4 kg for the payload with no stated condition, and does not say whether that covers the mount adapter or the GNSS antenna. GeoCue publishes no LiDAR range, no scanner field of view and no accuracy figure for this sensor. None appears on its product page, in its sensor selector entry or in its published FAQ. Its only accuracy wording is survey-grade accuracy, a phrase with no number and no test condition. If an accuracy figure has to go into a specification before you can buy, call us and we will get it from GeoCue in writing.

GeoCue's own mounting guides name three aircraft, and some of the parts come from the drone maker
GeoCue publishes mounting guides naming the TrueView 1 series on the Inspired Flight IF800 Tomcat, the DJI Matrice 400 and the Freefly Alta X Gen 2. On the IF800 the payload sits on the smart dovetail interface at Position 3, 75mm. GeoCue names Inspired Flight's midweight pro damping kit as the standard interface for that aircraft, with a 3.0kg weight limit. Older IF800s carry a stock damping plate limited to 1.5kg. GeoCue's guides for the DJI Matrice 300 and the Inspired Flight IF1200 do not name the TrueView 1 series at all. An installation draws parts from both manufacturers, so call us and we will list what your aircraft needs before you order.

One year of processing is included, the full LP360 Drone feature set is not, and the renewal belongs in the purchase budget
GeoCue includes one year of TV1 Lite Annual Processing, which it describes as the essential tools to export LiDAR data, powered by LP360. Its published FAQ states that using all features of LP360 Drone needs an LP360 Drone subscription, plus add-ons such as Strip Align and Automatic Ground Classification. On project scale, LP360's own LP360 Drone page lists project size limited to 10 square kilometers under License Features. GeoCue publishes no project size limit for the included plan on its product page, in its sensor selector entry or in its published FAQ. Neither company states whether the LP360 Drone limit applies to it, so settle that on the phone if you fly large-area work. GeoCue states that an annual renewal keeps software access, updates and support running. Ask us for the current renewal cost and put it in the budget at purchase, rather than meeting it in month thirteen.

GeoCue lists this sensor under Standard rather than NDAA, and two answers about your order come from us
GeoCue's own sensor menu splits its drone LiDAR range into two labeled groups, Standard and NDAA. The TrueView 1 Lite sits under Standard. GeoCue's webinar announcement describes its NDAA-compliant lineup as including the TrueView 641, 651, 655/660, 680/680LR and 720. It does not name this sensor, and it does not present that list as complete. If your program carries an NDAA, Blue UAS or Green UAS requirement, call before you order and we will get GeoCue's position in writing. GeoCue's FAQ states the sensor is designed and assembled in Huntsville, Alabama, and its product page adds that it is supported in the United States. One caution from GeoCue before your first flight: do not place SD cards in the cameras, because the system will then operate incorrectly and collect no images.
