Renewals run from year one. Budget the first one at purchase rather than meeting it as a surprise twelve months later. Freight, duty and training are not in these figures and we will put real numbers against them in your quote.

Be honest about whether you need it
Same laser as the 26 MP and the 61 MP. Same point cloud. This sits $4,400 above the 26 and $5,500 below the 61, and the middle of a three-step range is where people land when they have not decided what the imagery is for.
If you can say specifically why 26 MP is not enough, this is a sound buy. If you cannot, buy the 26 and put the difference toward the trajectory correction service, which will do more for your deliverable than the extra pixels.
