FJ Dynamics Trion V10La Rover

The V10La configured as a rover, with the laser that gives the L series its name.

A Class 2M green laser at 520 nm measures 0 to 80 m, holding 2 cm to 5 m, 3 cm to 10 m and 4 cm to 15 m. That is non-contact measurement and laser stakeout: the corner of a building, the far bank of a watercourse, the point you can see but cannot stand on.

RTK is 8 mm + 1 ppm horizontal and 15 mm + 1 ppm vertical, with tilt to 60° at 8 mm + 0.6 mm per degree. The second-generation IMU starts about 60 per cent quicker than the first and needs no calibration.

Fifteen hours as a rover on 7000 mAh. 980 g, IP68, rated −35 °C to 65 °C.
