The Topcon RL-H5B Horizontal Self-Leveling Rotary Laser is a tool for construction professionals, improving accuracy for tasks such as excavation and grading. It can also self-level horizontally within ±5 degrees.

Powered by a Class 2 visible red laser, the Topcon RL-H5B is suitable for both indoor and outdoor use. With a simple one-button operation, site engineers can easily utilize this laser level, which can rotate up to 600 times per minute. The device also includes an out-of-level notification feature that will automatically re-level the laser if it is disturbed. The LS-80X laser receiver included in this package boasts a dual LCD display, two on-grade precision settings, a two-inch beam detection width, and nine-channel grade indicators with high/low out-of-range alert.
