Autel makes no NDAA or Blue UAS claim for this package, and markets it to the buyers most likely to need one

Autel markets this package for public safety, firefighting, search and rescue and power inspection, which are the buyers most likely to face procurement restrictions. Autel Robotics is headquartered in Shenzhen, China. Autel makes no NDAA compliance claim, no Blue UAS claim and no federal procurement eligibility claim for this aircraft. That absence holds across its product and specification page, its FAQ page, its printed brochure, its user manual and its safety guidelines. The Federal Communications Commission's Covered List carries a category entry, added December 22, 2025, covering uncrewed aircraft systems and UAS critical components produced abroad. It excepts equipment on the Blue UAS lists, and devices granted a Conditional Approval by the Department of War or Homeland Security. Autel Robotics is not a named company entry there, and no Autel product appears in its UAS Conditional Approvals table. That describes a federal document, not a procurement opinion. If federal or state drone restrictions apply, call us and confirm with your contracting officer first.

42 minutes
Max flight time
Autel's own condition: no wind and no accessory fitted. Fit one and the figure drops: 38 min with the strobe, 34 min with the loudspeaker, 36 min with the RTK module, 29 min with the spotlight. Autel heads those four figures maximum hover time in its specification table and maximum flight time in its printed brochure
20 MP
1 inch CMOS sensor
One visual camera. This package has no thermal sensor; f/2.8 to f/11 adjustable aperture, up to 6K video
1110 g
Takeoff weight
With propellers and battery, no accessory fitted. Autel's maximum takeoff weight is 1999 g, or 1248 g where the aircraft is flown to C2 class certification in the European Union
427 mm
Wheelbase
Autel builds this body with longer carbon fiber arms than the standard EVO II Pro V3, which Autel lists at 397 mm, and states the longer arms and propellers add rigidity and flight stability

02

The RTK module is not in this box, and Autel marks it optional on both of its packing documents

The body is built to take the module, and Autel publishes its accuracy and its cost in flight time. It is still a separate purchase. Autel's printed packing list for this bundle carries the RTK module under a heading reading Optional. Autel's user manual marks item 18, RTK Module, Optional as well. If centimeter-level positioning is the point of the job, order the RTK package instead, which ships with the module fitted as standard. That package is carried on this store as its own listing. Buying this bundle and adding the module later works, but it is two orders rather than one. Say what the work is on the call.

03

What the Enterprise bundle adds is a different body, not a different camera

The wheelbase is 427 mm against 397 mm on the standard body. Autel states the longer carbon fiber arms and propellers add rigidity and flight stability, and that extra thermal vents prolong battery life. This body also carries an ADS-B receiver and the modular accessory port the standard one does not have. The controller is the 7.9 inch Smart Controller V3 rather than the 6.4 inch Smart Controller SE. The box also holds two spare batteries, two spare pairs of propellers, a car charger and a multi-charger. The camera is the same 1 inch 20 MP sensor in all three packages. If you do not need the accessory port, the ADS-B receiver or the bigger controller, the Rugged package takes the same pictures.

04

The three accessories mount one at a time, and each one costs you flight time

The spotlight, loudspeaker, strobe and optional RTK module all use the same top interface, so they are alternatives to each other rather than additions. Autel's flight time with nothing fitted is 42 minutes, no wind. Fit the strobe and it is 38 min, the RTK module 36 min, the loudspeaker 34 min, the spotlight 29 min. Autel heads those four figures maximum hover time in its specification table and maximum flight time in its printed brochure. Same numbers, two different labels. The loudspeaker is 98.5 g and measures 120 dB at 1 m, 88 dB at 60 m and 70 dB at 110 m. Autel states you must check the mounted item is secure and both side screws tightened before flight.

05

One 20 MP visual camera, and no thermal sensor on this package at all

The camera is a 1 inch CMOS sensor at 20 MP, 82 degree field of view, 29 mm equivalent focal length, f/2.8 to f/11. Video is 6K at 5472 x 3076 up to 30 frames per second, 4K up to 60, 1080p up to 120. Video ISO runs 100 to 6400, with a night scene mode reaching ISO 44000, and that ceiling is night scene video rather than stills. Autel's specification table and user manual both give photo ISO 100 to 12800, where its printed brochure gives 100 to 6400. Focus runs from 0.5 meters in the manual and the brochure, and from 1 meter in the specification table, so plan close work against the longer figure. Thermal imaging in this family is the separate EVO II Dual 640T Enterprise version.

06

The ADS-B receiver listens and does not transmit, and Autel lists the conditions that defeat obstacle sensing

Autel lists an ADS-B receiver under airborne perception, supporting UAT and 1090ES, detecting nearby manned aircraft that are broadcasting. It receives only. It does not transmit your position, and it will not see traffic that is not broadcasting. Autel lists ADS-B for this Enterprise body and not for the standard or RTK versions. Obstacle sensing is 19 groups of sensors, including 12 visual sensors covering six directions, plus the main camera, ultrasound and inertial measurement units. Autel's own caution: avoidance may not work in limited lighting, under direct strong sunlight, or across thin tree branches or wires.

07 FOR UNIVERSITIES, COLLEGES AND GOVERNMENT AGENCIES

Autel publishes two different contents lists for this bundle, so confirm the box before you order

The printed packing list names the aircraft, a 32 GB memory card, the controller, two spare batteries and two spare pairs of propellers. It also names the accessories, the chargers and the protector case. The packing gallery on Autel's own online store shows a different set. It adds a chest strap and a user manual, and omits the car charger and the multi-charger. Both are Autel's. Autel states the battery must be pre-heated before takeoff below 10 degrees C and cannot be hot swapped, and warns against third-party batteries and chargers. Who should not buy it: anyone needing centimeter positioning in the box, or a thermal sensor. Shipped direct from the manufacturer. Call +1 888 850 6533 and a specialist will confirm the contents and whether you need the module before you order.

Specifications

Which package this is, and what Autel puts in the box
The aircraft This is the Autel EVO II Pro Enterprise V3 multi-rotor drone with the 20 MP 1 inch camera: a longer-armed body with a 427 mm wheelbase, extra thermal vents, an ADS-B receiver and a modular accessory port, packed with the 7.9 inch Autel Smart Controller V3, a spotlight, a loudspeaker, a strobe and a hard caseAutel's own part number for this package is 102001515. The aircraft carries EAN 6924991127390 and UPC 889520207393, which is the number a purchasing department will ask for
The RTK module is not in this box Autel marks the RTK module Optional on both of its packing documents for this aircraft. The body is built to take it, and Autel publishes its accuracy and its effect on flight time, but it is a separate purchase. If centimeter-level positioning is the point of the job, the RTK package is the one to orderTwo Autel documents say the same thing: the printed packing list for this bundle lists the RTK module under a heading reading Optional, and the user manual's own packing table marks item 18, RTK Module, Optional
In the box, from Autel's printed packing list Aircraft with battery, propellers, gimbal cover and a 32 GB memory card; Smart Controller V3 with sticks fitted; two spare pairs of propellers; two spare batteries; loudspeaker; spotlight; strobe; controller lanyard; one spare pair of control sticks; controller protective case; battery charger and power cable; car charger; multi-charger; controller charger; controller charging cable; extended port cover; printed documents; protector caseThe packing gallery on Autel's own online store shows a different set for this bundle: it adds a chest strap and a user manual and omits the car charger and the multi-charger. Both lists are Autel's. Confirm what is on your order before you buy
The other two packages on this aircraft The Rugged package is the standard EVO II Pro V3 body with the 6.4 inch Smart Controller SE, no accessory port and no accessory set. The RTK package is a third body that ships with the positioning module fitted as standard. Both are carried on this store as their own listings
The three accessories that ship with it
Spotlight 48.5 x 72 x 63 mm, 77 g, maximum 35 W. Autel's controllable range is 30 m and its illuminance figure is a maximum of 11 lux at 30 m straight ahead in a 14 degree field of view. Adjustable through 0 to 90 degreesThis is the accessory with the largest cost in endurance. Autel's own figure with the spotlight fitted is 29 min against 42 minutes with nothing on the port
Loudspeaker 46 x 80 x 77 mm, 98.5 g, maximum 18 W. Autel's measured output is 120 dB at 1 m, 88 dB at 60 m and 70 dB at 110 m, with a maximum bit rate of 36 kbps and an adjustable angle of 0 to 45 degreesAutel's own figure with the loudspeaker fitted is 34 min
Strobe 39 x 72 x 34 mm, 19.5 g, average 1.6 W. Autel's controllable range is 5000 m and its light intensity is a minimum of 50 candela, a maximum of 486 candela and an average of 290 candelaAutel's own figure with the strobe fitted is 38 min, the smallest endurance cost of the three
One at a time The accessories all use the same top interface with floating connectors, so the spotlight, loudspeaker, strobe and RTK module are alternatives to each other rather than additions. Autel states you must check the mounted item is securely connected and both side screws tightened before flight, and that mounting draws aircraft power and shortens the flight
The optional RTK module 55.5 x 72.5 x 57 mm, 59.5 g, about 3 W. Autel's positioning precision is 1 cm + 1 ppm horizontal and 1.5 cm + 1 ppm vertical, and with it enabled the aircraft holds a hover to plus or minus 0.1 meters in both axes. Autel's own figure with the RTK module fitted is 36 minSold separately, not in this box. The RTK version of this aircraft, which ships with the module fitted as standard, is carried on this store as its own listing
Camera
Sensor and lens 1 inch CMOS, 20 MP. Field of view 82 degrees, 29 mm equivalent focal length, adjustable aperture f/2.8 to f/11, focus from 0.5 meters to infinityAutel's documents differ on the minimum focus distance for this camera. The user manual's camera appendix and Autel's printed brochure both give 0.5 meters; the specification table on Autel's product page gives 1 meter. Plan close work against the longer figure
Stills 5472 x 3648 (3:2), 5472 x 3076 (16:9) and 3840 x 2160 (16:9). JPG, RAW, or both together. Single, burst, AEB, time lapse and HyperLight modes
Video 6K at 5472 x 3076 up to 30 frames per second; 4K at 3840 x 2160 up to 60 frames per second; 1080p up to 120 frames per second. MP4 or MOV, H.264 or H.265, 120 Mbps maximum bit rate
ISO Video ISO 100 to 6400, stills ISO 100 to 12800, and a night scene mode reaching a maximum video ISO 44000Autel publishes two stills figures for this camera. Its specification table and its user manual both give photo ISO 100 to 12800; its printed brochure gives photo 100 to 6400. The ISO 44000 ceiling is night scene video mode only, not stills
Zoom 1 to 16x digital zoom, of which up to 3x is lossless
Gimbal Three-axis stabilization. Mechanical range: pitch -135 to +45 degrees, roll -45 to +45 degrees, heading -100 to +100 degrees. Controllable pitch -90 to +30 degrees. Maximum pitch control speed 100 degrees per second, angular vibration range under 0.005 degrees
No thermal sensor This package carries one visual camera. Thermal imaging in this family is the separate EVO II Dual 640T Enterprise version, which uses a different camera set and is a different order
Mapping software Autel names Pix4D, DroneDeploy and SkyeBrowse as third-party software this aircraft's data works with, alongside its own built-in mission planning
Flight performance
Flight time 42 minutes with no wind and nothing fitted to the accessory port. With an accessory: 38 min with the strobe, 34 min with the loudspeaker, 36 min with the RTK module, 29 min with the spotlight. Autel's stated test condition is a laboratory environment with the aircraft flying at a constant 10 meters per second in a light breezeAutel labels the accessory-fitted figures as maximum hover time in its specification table and as maximum flight time in its printed brochure. Same four numbers, two different labels, both Autel's. Plan against the lower end either way
Weight 1110 g with propellers and battery. Maximum takeoff weight 1999 g, and 1248 g where the aircraft is flown to C2 class certification in the European Union
Size Folded 245 x 130 x 111 mm, unfolded 506 x 620 x 111 mm, 427 mm wheelbase
Speed Maximum horizontal speed with no wind near sea level: 3 meters per second in novice mode, 10 meters per second in standard, 20 meters per second in ludicrous. Maximum ascent 8 meters per second, maximum descent 4 meters per second, maximum tilt angle 33 degrees, all in ludicrous mode. Maximum rotation speed 8000 rpm
Wind Maximum wind speed resistance 12 meters per second, about 27 miles per hourAutel's user manual states a flat 12 meters per second. Autel's specification page splits it, 10.7 meters per second during takeoff and landing and 12 meters per second in cruise, so treat 10.7 as the limit that matters on the pad
Altitude Maximum service ceiling 5000 meters above sea level. Maximum flight altitude is capped at 800 meters in the app, and Autel states the altitude you set must comply with local lawAutel's own product page carries an older second specification table giving a 7000 m service ceiling for this aircraft, where its current table and its user manual both state 5000 meters
Range Autel's specification table gives a maximum range of 25 kmAutel's user manual gives no flight distance or range figure for this aircraft, so this one figure has a single Autel source. It is a clear-air maximum, not a working radius
Temperature Operating range -10 to +40 degrees C with the standard smart battery, and +10 to +40 degrees C with the heated battery version
Cooling Autel states this body carries additional thermal vents for heat dissipation and describes that as prolonging battery life
Hot swapping Autel states the battery cannot be hot swapped. Power down before changing it
Airspace awareness and sensing
ADS-B receiver Autel lists an ADS-B receiver on this aircraft under airborne perception, supporting UAT and 1090ES, and describes it as detecting nearby manned aircraft broadcasting ADS-B so the operator has time to take evasive actionIt receives only. It does not transmit your position to other aircraft, and it will not see traffic that is not broadcasting. Autel lists ADS-B for this Enterprise body and not for the standard or RTK versions
Obstacle sensing coverage Autel states 19 groups of sensors, including 12 visual sensors covering six directions, plus the main camera, ultrasound and inertial measurement units, building a three-dimensional map and planning a path in real time
Sensing range Forward 0.5 to 18 meters and backward 0.5 to 16 meters, both effective below 12 meters per second. Left, right, up and down 0.5 to 10 meters, all effective below 5 meters per second
When it will not work Autel's own caution: obstacle avoidance may not work in limited lighting, under direct strong sunlight, or across thin tree branches or wires. Autel states the surface must have rich texture and more than 15 lux of light for the forward, rear and side sensors, and more than 20 percent reflectivity for the upward sensor
Hover accuracy Vertical plus or minus 0.1 meters and horizontal plus or minus 0.3 meters on visual positioning; vertical plus or minus 0.5 meters and horizontal plus or minus 1.5 meters on satellite positioning alone; plus or minus 0.1 meters in both axes with the optional RTK module enabled
Satellite systems GPS, Galileo, BeiDou and GLONASS
Transmission and the controller
Range 10 kilometers under FCC rules and 8 kilometers under CE rules, both with no interference and no obstructionAutel's own figures disagree. The aircraft image transmission block in the current specification table and the user manual appendix both state 10 kilometers under FCC; the Smart Controller V3 block on that same page, the printed brochure and Autel's own store copy all state 15 km. Treat any range figure as a clear-air best case
Bands Tri-band, hopping automatically: 902 to 928 MHz, 2.400 to 2.4835 GHz and 5.725 to 5.850 GHz, with 5.15 to 5.25 GHz in FCC regionsAutel states the 900 MHz band applies only in FCC and ISED regions, and that some frequencies are region-restricted or indoor-only. Check local rules before flying
The controller Autel Smart Controller V3. 7.9 inch touchscreen at 2048 x 1536 and 2000 nits maximum brightness, Android 11 with third-party app installation, 128 GB internal storage, HDMI out to 1080p at 60 frames per second, IP43 rated, 1194 g without its protective case and 1365 g with it, operating range -20 to +40 degrees CThe controller has no microSD slot. Storage on it is the 128 GB and nothing more
Controller battery 3-cell lithium polymer, 5800 mAh at 11.55 V, 67 Wh, not user replaceable. About 120 minutes to charge, 2.5 hours of use at maximum screen brightness and 4.0 hours at 50 percent brightnessAutel publishes two sets of figures for this controller. Its specification table gives 2.5 and 4.0 hours and about 120 minutes to charge; its printed brochure gives about 3 hours, about 4.5 hours and 90 minutes
Aircraft storage 8 GB onboard storage in the aircraft, plus the memory card in the slot
Battery, charging and safety
The battery Autel Smart Battery, 3-cell lithium polymer, 7100 mAh at 11.55 V, 82 Wh, 365 g. Charging voltage limit 13.2 V, rated charging power 66 W, maximum charging power 93 W
Charging Autel states up to 90 minutes for a full charge, and that the time depends on how much charge is left. Charging temperature +5 to +45 degrees C; below 5 degrees C or above 45 degrees C the battery stops charging. This package ships with a multi-charger and a car charger as well as the mains charger
Cold weather Autel states the battery must be pre-heated before takeoff once its temperature falls below 10 degrees C, and that low temperature shortens flight time
Storage Autel's ideal storage environment is +22 to +28 degrees C, at -10 to +30 degrees C and 65 percent relative humidity plus or minus 20 percent
Autel's own warnings Do not modify the battery pack or its charger, and do not substitute third-party batteries or chargers; Autel states it is not responsible for the consequences if you do. Do not disassemble, scratch, squeeze, bend, puncture, cut or twist the pack. If it swells, smokes or leaks, stop using it immediately. Do not expose it to open flame. If the aircraft goes into water, remove the battery, keep clear of it until it is dry, and stop using it
Remote identification and registration
Remote identification Autel states the aircraft supports Direct Remote Identification and broadcasts over Wi-Fi Beacon, 802.11n, once enabled in the Autel Explorer app. Autel states remote identification is mandatory in some countries and regions and that operators must follow local law
Registration Autel's manual directs United States operators to complete real-name registration on the Federal Aviation Administration's website before flying, and states the FAA may impose civil fines for failing to do so
Data handling
What Autel says it stores Autel states aircraft log information, meaning the app version, the firmware version and the flight trajectory, is stored locally, and that it reaches Autel after-sales service only with the operator's authorization and consent. Autel states personally identifiable information is protected with AES-256 encryption and held in AWS data centers, that photos and videos saved on the remote controller are not uploaded to any server, and that the aircraft-to-controller video and data links are protected with AES-256 and AES-128This is Autel's company-wide statement rather than a document written for this aircraft
Card encryption Autel states media files on the memory card support an onboard storage password and AES-256 encryption, and that when encryption is enabled only the operator holds the password
Encrypted storage on this package Autel's own online store describes this package as protecting sensitive information through encrypted internal and external storage
Procurement and compliance, read this before a federal or state order
Where this aircraft comes from Autel Robotics Co., Ltd. states it was founded in 2014 and is headquartered in Shenzhen, China, with overseas subsidiaries including one in the United States
What Autel claims for this model Autel makes no NDAA compliance claim, no Blue UAS claim and no federal procurement eligibility claim for this aircraft on its EVO II Enterprise V3 product and specification page, its EVO II Enterprise FAQ page, its printed brochure, its user manual, its disclaimer and safety guidelines, or its own online store listing for this bundleAutel markets this package for public safety, firefighting, traffic supervision, search and rescue and power inspection, which are exactly the buyers most likely to face procurement restrictions. The absence of a compliance claim matters more here than on any other package in this family
What the federal listing says The Federal Communications Commission's Covered List, in its August 14, 2026 version, includes uncrewed aircraft systems and UAS critical components produced in a foreign country, added December 22, 2025, with exceptions for equipment on the Blue UAS lists and for devices granted a Conditional Approval by the Department of War or the Department of Homeland Security. Autel Robotics is not a named company entry on that list, and no Autel product appears in its UAS Conditional Approvals table as of that dateThat is a description of a federal document, not a procurement opinion. If your purchase is subject to federal or state drone procurement restrictions, do not select this aircraft on the strength of this page. Call us first and confirm with your contracting officer
If you need procurement-eligible hardware Say so on the call. We would rather point you at something you can actually buy than sell you an aircraft your contracting officer rejects
