Slow charging is a separate 3,000 W path on 220 V single-phase power, and its cable is sold separately. Fast charging needs a customer-supplied three-phase power source rated at least 15,000 W
DJI's own FAQ states it plainly: a three-phase generator rated 15,000 watts or above is needed to fast charge on this unit. DJI's own manual repeats the same figure as a warning ahead of the fast-charging steps. It calls for a 380 V three-phase supply with an output of at least 15 kW. The standard input range is 175-520 VAC three-phase, 50/60 Hz, 22 A maximum. A slower alternative exists on ordinary single-phase power: a 220 V supply rated at least 3.6 kW, 200-264 VAC, 16 A maximum. Its charging cable is sold separately by a local dealer, not included in the box. Our own D14000iE generator does not meet the fast-charging requirement; its only AC output is 220 V single-phase, 1,500 W, short on both phase type and power. Buying both from us does not mean one powers the other. Call to confirm your own power source first.

DJI names this unit three different ways, and the model number is what ties them together
DJI's own specification page heading calls it the C12000 Smart Charger. Its embedded FAQ on the same page calls it the C12000 Intelligent Charger. DJI's own manual cover, downloads listing and marketing page each separately call it the C12000 Intelligent Power Supply. All three describe the identical unit, model CSX901-12000, confirmed independently on DJI's own specification page and in its manual. That manual also names a second variant, CSX901-12000H, with a different stated input voltage range, though DJI's own footnote states the two actually support the same range. Which variant ships under this listing is not established by any source checked, so this page states the model number both DJI surfaces agree on.

One battery charges at a time, and DJI's own documents disagree on which batteries qualify
DJI's own T100 specification page names the DB1580 and DB2160 Intelligent Flight Batteries as compatible. Its own manual adds a third, the DB2100, to that same list. DB2100 does not appear anywhere else on DJI's T100 product page, specification page or FAQ. We stock the DB2160 battery and the T100 aircraft itself. DJI's own specification page states one output channel: a high rated output does not mean multiple batteries charge at once.

Fast charging: 62 VDC, 194 A, 12,000 W maximum, drawn from a three-phase AC input. Slow charging: 62 VDC, 48 A, 3,000 W maximum, drawn from a single-phase AC input. A DB2160 battery recharges from 30 to 95 percent in 8 to 9 minutes on fast charging. 13.13 kg by DJI's own manual, and a dealer's own listing states a different figure
Dimensions are 456 by 291 by 107 mm, confirmed identically on DJI's own specification page and its manual. DJI's manual states the weight as 13.13 kg. A dealer's own product listing states 9.072 kg for the same item, a gap of more than 4 kg neither source explains. DJI's own manual figure is used here. Operating temperature is 0 to 40 degrees C (32 to 104 degrees F). Storage is a separate, wider range, per DJI's own manual: -5 to 40 degrees C (23 to 104 degrees F). Never in direct sunlight, rain or other wet conditions. Internal fans sit behind a dustproof cover, and DJI's manual calls for cleaning it regularly to maintain the cooling effect. Leave at least 50 cm of space around the ventilation holes, and 30 cm between the charger and any batteries stored nearby. DJI's own specification page lists built-in protection against over-temperature, over-voltage, under-voltage, short circuit and fan stall.

DJI's own manual sets out six cautions before you plug this in
Only a qualified electrician wearing insulated gloves should make the fast-charging connection, and the ground wire must never be connected to a neutral or hot terminal. Keep the unit out of reach of children, and do not use it where children are present. Keep it away from inflammable materials while charging. Never place the charger or a charging battery on a blanket or carpeted surface, and do not charge it where other batteries are stored. In case of fire, DJI's own manual calls for a dry powder extinguisher, since a liquid-type extinguisher carries a risk of electric shock. Do not move or carry the unit by pulling the cable, and clean any buildup on the connector only while it is disconnected. Do not disconnect the input line or the battery cable mid-charge, and remove the battery promptly once charging finishes.

DJI's own manual lists three items in the box, and the slow-charging cable is not one of them
DJI's own manual shows three items: the C12000 Intelligent Power Supply itself, a Fast Charging Cable, and a Conversion Cable, one of each. It states plainly that the slow-charging cable is not included and must be bought separately from a local dealer. One dealer's own listing shows only two items in the box, without the conversion cable, a divergence neither source explains.
