DJI Agras T100 Spraying System, air cooled
W-9 and vendor pack with every quote
Shipped direct from the manufacturer
100 L HDPE tank, 30 L/min on the standard two nozzles and 40 L/min on the optional four. Effective spray width runs 5 to 13 m, DJI's own footnote tying that range to the actual working scene. Droplet size is 50 to 500 μm, measured on a laser particle size analyzer to DJI's DV50 standard. This spraying system is its own part number, ordered separately from the T100 aircraft, and fits the T100 only.
01
This spraying system is its own part number, ordered separately from the T100 aircraft
DJI's own "Which Package Suits You Best?" table lists spraying capability as an attribute of the T100 aircraft row, with no separate purchase path shown. Independent dealer packages we checked bundle a spraying system into a T100 kit price too. This spraying system is its own part number on our store, priced and ordered separately from the T100 aircraft. DJI's own FAQ confirms this spraying system fits the T100 aircraft only. Tell us what you already have before you order, and we will confirm exactly what your T100 order includes.
02
The tank holds 100 L, and flow rate depends on how many nozzles are fitted
The spray tank is a 100 L HDPE tank, model LS100. DJI rates the operating payload at 100 kg with a full tank, a figure DJI ties to sea level. DJI's own Agriculture App then adjusts the recommended loaded weight for aircraft status, environmental conditions and the task. Two impeller pumps, magnetic drive, feed the sprinklers. Flow rate is 30 L/min on the standard two nozzles and 40 L/min on the optional four. DJI's own FAQ credits the redesigned pump with an 87.5 percent flow-rate increase over the T50's spraying system. Effective spray width runs 5 to 13 m, and DJI states plainly that this depends on the actual working scene.
03
Droplet size is 50 to 500 μm, on DJI's own DV50 measurement
The standard nozzle is model LX07550SX, two fitted as standard. The optional mist nozzle is model LX09550SX, bringing the sprinkler count to four, with nozzle spacing of 1,834 mm outermost on both configurations. Droplet diameter runs 50 to 500 μm, a figure DJI measures on a laser particle size analyzer to the DV50 standard. DJI's own single-side spraying feature activates only the nozzle nearer a field boundary or an obstacle while the aircraft turns or bypasses it. This improves edge coverage without over-applying further into the field.
04
The T100 aircraft carries one spraying, spreading or lifting system at a time
This is the spraying system: a 100 L HDPE tank, two delivery pumps and the standard two-nozzle sprinkler set, air cooled. The T100 aircraft also fits a separate spreading system and a separate dual battery lifting system, each its own part number and priced on its own. Only one is fitted at a time. Order the system that matches the work, and call us if you are not sure which one that is.
05
Clean it after every use, and mix chemicals with clean water only
The sprinklers are delicate parts. DJI's own guidelines say to clean them immediately after use and tighten the hose nuts securely. Never bend the hose in an arc tighter than its minimum bend radius. Avoid powder pesticide where possible, and clean the spraying system after use, or DJI states its service life may be reduced. Mix pesticide with clean water free of minerals, and filter the mixed liquid before pouring it into the tank to avoid blocking the strainer. Wear protective clothing to prevent direct contact with pesticide, rinse hands and skin after handling it, and clean the aircraft and remote controller after every application.
06
Wind under 6 m/s for spraying, under 3 m/s for drift-prone chemicals
DJI's own safety guidelines set the ceiling. Operate in wind speeds below 6 m/s for spraying, and below 3 m/s when using a herbicide, fungicide or insecticide that drifts easily or carries a phytotoxic risk. Never contaminate rivers or drinking water sources. Plan quantities to minimize surplus, and apply any surplus spray or washing liquid to the crop rather than disposing of it elsewhere. Before every flight, confirm the spraying system is not blocked, has no leaks, and that the sprinklers work properly.
07 FOR UNIVERSITIES, COLLEGES AND GOVERNMENT AGENCIES
DJI pairs spraying with the T100 aircraft in its own marketing; we sell it separately, and we will confirm your build
This spraying system is its own part number, priced separately from the T100 aircraft on our store. DJI's own marketing page presents spraying capability as part of the aircraft family, with no separate purchase path shown. Dealer packages we checked bundle a spraying system into an aircraft kit price. Further detail from DJI's own FAQ
| Single-side spraying | Activates only the nozzle nearer a field boundary or an obstacle while the aircraft turns or bypasses it, improving spray coverage at edges without over-application further in |
| Change from the T50's spraying system | Tank capacity raised to 100 L and the pump redesigned, an 87.5 percent flow-rate increase to 30 L/min. DJI describes wider coverage with improved penetration, and a new inner and outer lid design for easier chemical addition |
