This spreading system is ordered separately from the T100 aircraft, and DJI's own sources disagree on T70P fit

This 150 L spreading system is its own part number, sold on its own listing and not something the T100 aircraft ships with. DJI's own installation manual is explicit. This system fits the T100 only, and the aircraft's firmware must support it before use. DJI's own FAQ, a separate page, answers a related question differently. It states the spreader mechanism also fits the DJI Agras T70P, though the tank does not. The two DJI sources disagree, and we have not resolved it for you. We follow the manual, the more specific document, and sell this system for the T100. Flying a T70P? Call first and we will confirm your fit before you order.

DJI's own tested effective spreading width is 3 to 10 m, at a 3 m working height and 1,100 rpm disc speed

DJI measures the 3 to 10 m range under one stated condition. A working height of 3 m, a disc rotation speed of 1,100 rpm, and a uniformity requirement DJI calls CV under 30 percent. CV is coefficient of variation, DJI's own measure of how evenly material lands across the swath. At that condition, DJI's own measured broadcast width is 10 m. DJI states a faster disc speed widens the spread. So does a higher flight altitude. The figure moves with how you fly it, not only with what you load. Read this width as DJI's own tested ceiling, not a guarantee for your field, your material or your flight plan.

The tank holds 150 L. DJI's own FAQ says the larger tank suits low density material such as grass seed. More work gets done per flight before you land to refill or swap batteries. The spreader structure is a centrifugal disc. The discharge structure is a screw feeder, DJI's own name for the auger that pushes material to the disc. DJI's own maximum flow rate is 400 kg per minute, measured with compound fertilizer specifically. DJI notes the true rate varies with the granule size, the density and the surface smoothness of whatever you actually load.

Four screw feeders cover materials from 0.5 to 10 mm, and only two of them ship standard

DJI ships two screw feeders standard. An extra-large feeder, already installed before delivery, rated 0.5 to 10 mm for fertilizer, wheat, feed and similar granules. A medium feeder, shipped loose, rated 4 to 6 mm for rice. Two more are optional purchases. A large feeder, 4 to 10 mm, for rice and fertilizer. A small feeder, 0.5 to 4 mm, for rapeseed and granular pesticides. DJI's own guidance is to choose the feeder by the material's apply rate, particle type and size. Remove the spinner disc and DJI names the system for plain discharge, suited to aquaculture and to fertilizing lotus fields.

DJI puts the load inside the spreading operation box at 100 kg, measured at sea level. DJI's own app recommends the actual loading weight for the aircraft's status and the surrounding conditions. Different material densities can lower the practical limit well below that ceiling. DJI's own installation manual adds that the true ceiling is bounded by the aircraft's own takeoff weight budget, not a fixed number. DJI's specification page uses the phrase Operating Payload for two other attachments on the same page. A spraying system at 100 kg, and a dual battery spraying system at 90 kg. Neither of those figures belongs to this spreading system. DJI's own name for this one is the load inside the spreading operation box.

DJI's own manual warns against caked fertilizer, straw and gravel, and names the screw feeder as the only part you should remove

DJI's own installation manual warns against large clumps of caked fertilizer, woven bags, straw and gravel. Foreign objects in the material can cause uneven discharge or blockage. The housing carries an IP67 ingress protection rating, tested under stable laboratory conditions to the IEC 60529 standard. DJI states plainly that the rating is not permanent. It can decline with age and wear, with a collision that deforms the seal, with a cracked shell seal, or with a waterproof cover left unsecured. The product warranty does not cover water damage. DJI names the screw feeder as the only part of the mounted system you should ever remove. Every other factory-mounted part carries its own do-not-disassemble warning.
